We went to the Del Mar Fair a couple times this year. So fun!
The animals were, of course, a hit. There was everything from a petting zoo,
(yes, Rylee is pulling on this poor little goat's beard...)
to pig races,
to elephant rides.
Quinn played darts and won pillow pets for the girls.
We did a few rides
Rylee chose to go on the haunted house ride by herself. Here's her before
and after faces. Whatever she saw on that 20 second ride wiped that grin right off her face!
I got some cute pictures of Avery
and Liam.
And we ate ourselves into a food coma.
Quinn relived his childhood.
And Rylee made friends with everyone (as always).
She even found a new "boyfriend." Never mind that she was almost 2 years older than him. They played tag and tackled each other under the stars as we listened to Eliot Yamin's concert, and then she gave him a big kiss before we left.
We also went to a Weird Al concert (I didn't realize what a fan Quinn is)
and danced at an ABBA coverband concert.
